数控切割机运作全过程中出現颤动的解决方案

导致数控切割机机器设备在运作全过程中出現颤动比较严重,一走一卡的问题导向空隙和传动系统空隙调节不及时,那麼怎样调节呢:

1.导向间隙调整导向性空隙,指两导向性滚轴与前滑轨两导向性侧边的空隙。有横着滑架(或割炬托板)对横着前滑轨(或承重梁)的导向性空隙和竖向滑架对竖向前滑轨的导向性空隙。导向间隙过大,会影响X方向与Y方向的垂直度和移动精度。用手轻轻转动前导轨两侧的导向滚轮,即可感觉到导向间隙的大小。在每一对导向轮中,其内侧导向轮采用偏心轴方式安装,在其上方有供调整的轴伸端。

1. Guide clearance adjusts guide clearance, which refers to the clearance between the two guide rollers and the two guide side of the front slide rail. 旋转该偏心轴,就能调节导向性空隙。调节时,切勿将导向性滚轴太紧地压向钢轨侧边,通常选用轻轻地旋转偏心轴,当觉得到导向性滚轴压着钢轨侧边时,再翻转一视角,使其有一个不大的空隙,然后将偏心轴锁紧。纵向滑架对纵向前导轨有两对导向轮,因而也有两个调整偏心轴。横向滑架对横向前道轨的导向,与纵向滑架对纵向前道轨的导向结构上类似,调整方法也一致。

The guide structure of the transverse slide frame to the transverse front track is similar to that of the longitudinal slide frame to the longitudinal front track, and the adjustment method is the same.

2.传动间隙的调整激光切割机X及Y方位的挪动,均是伺服电机/交流伺服电机经传动齿轮及齿条传动系统来保持的,齿轮齿条各自固定不动在竖向前滑轨与横着前滑轨上激光切割机所应用的伺服电机的运作特性是电子计算机每给1个操纵单脉冲,步进电机走一步,脉冲频率高,走步快,脉冲频率低,走步慢。

伺服电机这类一歩一停的运作方法,规定传动装置不可以有空隙,不然会造成比较严重的噪声乃至丢步,这与基本传动装置规定有适度传动系统空隙是彻底不一样的。传动系统是否间隙较大,从运行噪音即可判断。传动间隙,在设备使用一段时间后,应进行一次调整。

齿轮箱内传动齿轮与伺服电机輸出轴固联在一块儿,大齿轮经轴在齿轮箱上精准定位。因而,齿轮箱内蜗轮蜗杆传动空隙的调节,可松掉伺服电机对齿轮箱的固定不动,将伺服电机与传动齿轮一块儿向大齿轮方位靠紧后再固紧就能。调整时,以消除间隙为目的,但不能使齿轮与齿轮靠得太紧。
